For this year’s filming of the 14th season of the popular ARD crime series “Morden im Norden,” makeup artist Jenny Wieland once again took charge of the makeup department. Over the course of many weeks of filming, she and her team designed the makeup looks and used small SFX details to add just the right amount of suspense whenever things got a little gory on set.

Filming took place in Lübeck and Hamburg, as well as at numerous locations typical of northern Germany. Among those in front of the camera were lead actors Sven Martinek and Ingo Naujoks, who once again star in the new season as the investigative duo Finn Kiesewetter and Lars Englen.
