Norddeutscher Rundfunk ("Northern German Broadcasting"), commonly shortened to NDR is a public radio and television broadcaster, based in Hamburg. In addition to the city-state of Hamburg, NDR broadcasts for the German states of Lower Saxony, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern and Schleswig-Holstein.
