Varicam
Varicam, originally VariCam, is a brand name associated with special Panasonic video cameras. Panasonic announced the first generation of VariCam in 2001. In 2014, Panasonic introduced its 4K production camera the Varicam 35, with a 4K CMOS Super 35 sensor. There is a long list of films and TV shows that have been shot with the Varicam. The BBC filmed the award-winning natural history series Planet Earth with Varicams, and in 2011 NASA filmed a Space Shuttle Solid Rocket Booster recovery mission with the Varicam. (Source: Wikipedia)
